How the Process Works

Introductory Call
The biggest question we get from a partner beginning this process is this: Can I really win? Is my story award-worthy? Before you commit to working with us, we will have a quick 10-minute, no obligation introductory to call to discuss the five things you need to have to make your story award-worthy. And if we think you don't really have a shot , we'll tell you that too.

Securing Your Spot
Even with 30 spectacular writers who are trained and ready to work with you, we can only take on a certain number of partners each year. After the introductory call, if your story is strong, and we both agree to work together, it is then all about capacity. Every year we have to turn away partners who simply waited too long.

Getting Started
We have a standard SOW, and once that is returned to us we will confirm you have been accepted to our 2018 community of Partner of the Year contenders, assign your writing team (yes, each partner gets a team) and get you started with a kick-off call, interviews, research and first drafts. The good news? Our pricing is fixed so there are no surprises. And yes, if you are submitting the same story into more than one category, we can arrange for a discount.

FAQ
The next most popular question from a partner is "Can I pay by credit card?" We'll get that one out of the way quickly - yes, we can accept credit cards.

Repurposing Content
The content you create with us during this process is highly valuable. We will make recommendations on where you can repurpose it: other award programs, an internal win-wire, a case study, a blog posting, or other great digital assets.
